Monday , Labor Day , up early have to work today going to Curtis orchard today with the Schmidt's, had Lunch with them yesterday after church talked about my blog and realized i did not know how to get back on here so with a little logic I found it .
In the beginning God created heaven and earth , God created Adam and Eve , we are all descendants of them . Because of them and there sin in the gardens we were cursed to labor! Where once fruit and vegetables were in abundance God forced them to work the land to provide fruits and vegetables for themselves. ..............something like that way any. so as we have advanced through the years we have become a hard working nation and today is honoring all of us workers.
I remember being a young girl and helping around the house washing dishes with my sisters , in the summer endless hours preparing vegetables for canning, Hanging laundry on the clothes line always something to do with a family as big as ours ......... ten children , Rita , Edna, Lea, Frank, Cindy, Debby, Marcy,Tony, Wiley, and Suzie. I love our big Family , as I look back I can see that there was never an abundance of anything but I never felt that way. always something on the table to eat , I never went to bed hungry and I always had cereal in the morning if I wanted it . There is so much Hunger in our world today it makes me realize how much better the simpler times were . need to get on with my day ...more to follow.
